Why this experience exists
For years I sat with people one conversation at a time. This is how I serve beyond a single session: live teaching, community, your real questions, workbooks I write in response to what the group actually needs, and continued practice between us. Not a course to complete. A way of living we practice together.

A Soul Greeting From Lupita
If you've found your way here, perhaps you've already heard part of my story.
Maybe you watched an interview.
Maybe someone shared my work with you.
Maybe you were searching for answers and somehow found yourself here.
Or perhaps something quieter brought you.
Whatever the reason, I'm grateful our paths have crossed.
Before I tell you about my work, I'd like to tell you a little about myself.
Because who I am, how I experience the world, and what I do cannot be separated from what happened to me.
On June 5, 2000, (just two years after the life-threatening, premature birth of my son, Mateo) I died on the day my daughter, Bianca, was born.
Not during her birth.
Three hours later, during what was expected to be a routine surgical procedure.
I was given a spinal block through the catheter in my back for the birth induction.
My lungs stopped. My heart stopped.
And for approximately eight minutes, I was gone. I was intubated and resuscitated.
What happened during those eight minutes changed everything.
I found myself outside my body, watching the medical team work frantically to save my life. Then the room disappeared into a light unlike anything I had ever known.
The very air was alive.
It carried a peace so profound that words cannot fully contain it.
It was the absence of fear, the absence of pain.
The absence of every burden I had been carrying.
And within that experience, I was shown things that would take me decades to understand.
I lived not because they brought me back to life, but because I chose to return to my higher purpose from beyond the veil while on the other side.
It took me decades of integration, not because I came back without all the answers. I had to learn them sequentially.
I had to build my capacity and levels of understanding - like kindergarten to college again.
I learned the difference between theoretical knowledge and lived experience that creates wisdom.
I had to learn how to unravel and heal what I created before my NDE with clarity and understanding after my NDE.
I came back with an insatiable curiosity, a seeking for Divinity and Truth, and a desire to serve.
That quest has shaped everyday for the last twenty-six years of my life.
I questioned everything upon my return.
Questions about consciousness.
About intuition.
About suffering.
About purpose.
About why we are here.
About what continues beyond this life.
And perhaps most importantly:
About what it means to live well while we are here.
What many people don't realize is that I resisted much of what followed.
I was raised in a traditional Hispanic Catholic family.
The experiences I began having after my Near-Death Experience didn't fit neatly into what I understood about the world.
I questioned them.
I wrestled with them.
I prayed for them to go away.
I asked God to remove them.
I didn't seek this path.
I didn't wake up one day wanting to become a psychic medium, a soul reader, or a spiritual teacher. They sought me.
Once I began having the courage to say "Yes" to serving something greater than myself, my purpose unfolded and revealed itself - as long as I followed the guidance given.
I sought understanding.
I wanted to know what had happened to me.
I wanted to know why I suddenly found myself perceiving things I couldn't explain.
I fully began to feel the weight of the responsibility of having these abilities.
I understood that I could be a channel to bring peace, healing, comfort, connection, and meaning to others, and I accepted the responsibility that came with them.
For twenty-six years, I have devoted myself to that responsibility.
For 26 years, I have lived the very thing that I teach.
I had to become the aligned soul on this planet. I had to make big changes. I had to walk the very path that you might be finding yourself on.
I had to overcome just like you.
My journey has led me to some of the most rewarding work anyone could do, in my opinion.
I have sat with thousands of people from all walks of life.
People navigating grief.
People standing at crossroads.
People awakening to gifts they don't understand.
People questioning everything they once believed.
People trying to make sense of experiences they can't explain.
People searching for clarity, purpose, healing, or simply the next step.
What I discovered is that beneath all of our stories, there is a common thread.
Most people are not broken.
Most people are not lost.
Most people are not lacking wisdom.
They are simply overwhelmed by noise.
Fear.
Pain.
Expectation.
Conditioning.
Grief.
Responsibility.
The voices of everyone else.
And underneath all of that noise, something quieter is waiting.
A deeper knowing.
A living intelligence.
A wisdom that has been present all along.
My work is not about giving people answers.
It is about helping them hear what is already trying to guide them.
Sometimes that comes through intuition.
Sometimes through the body.
Sometimes through symbolism.
Sometimes through the wisdom of a loved one who has passed.
Sometimes through the simple recognition of a truth they already knew but had forgotten how to trust.
Over the years, I have come to understand that every person carries gifts.
Not necessarily the same gifts.
Not in the same way.
But gifts nonetheless.
A unique way of perceiving.
A unique way of loving.
A unique way of contributing.
A unique signal within the greater song of humanity.
Part of my work is helping people recognize those gifts.
Part of my work is helping people trust them.
And part of my work is helping people live in alignment with them.
Not because I have something they don't.
But because life required me to devote myself to understanding these things in a way most people never have reason to.
The experiences were extraordinary.
The journey has been extraordinary.
But at the end of the day, I am simply human.
A woman who has loved.
Grieved.
Doubted.
Questioned.
Failed.
Learned.
Lost.
Remembered.
And continued walking.
Like you.
If there is one thing I hope you take from our meeting here, it is this:
I do not want you to become more dependent on me.
I want you to become more connected to yourself.
I want you to trust your own inner knowing.
I want you to recognize that what you are feeling may not be evidence that something is wrong with you.
It may be evidence that something within you is trying to be heard.
I want you to know that you are not alone in your questions.
You are not alone in your struggles.
You are not alone in your longing.
And you are not alone in your search for meaning.
Most of all, I want you to remember something that took me many years to understand:
There is wisdom within you.
There always has been.
My role is not to replace it.
My role is to help you remember how to hear it.
With love,
Lupita
